Bad install.
In June of 2020 i had a 3rd tv installed. The installer drilled a hole in the floor 5 inches from the wall through the carpet to run the wire. This was after i showed him where to install it on the wall. He had to go into my basement which has a 1/2 steel door. When he was done he slammed the door 5 or 6 times before i could ask what the (Edited per community guidelines) he was doing. He asked me if there was a trick to closing it? The door has a dead bolt. It would not stay closed if you slammed it 100 times. I dont know if this man was having a bad day or what. I reported all this at the time and i was ignored by DIRECTV until i talked to a very nice lady from DIRECTV that advised me to send this E-mail AGAIN. It took me at least 2 hours to repair the door so i could close and lock it again. No fixing the hole in the carpeted floor. I feel DIRECTV owes me something for this mans unprofessional install..............
