Bad pixelation on certain channels

Only on certain channels do I get a bad reception. Ive noticed if i have it on HBO channel 501 i have no issues what so ever, but if i go to channel 502 it is unwatchable and ill get 771 message if its bad enough. Ive also noticed that if i stay on 501 for a while and switch to 502 the reception will be fine for a few minutes and then go bad Ive noticed it as well on my local channels all of them have horrible reception and also on espn2 channel 207 but espn channel 206 is fine. These aren't the only channels but they are the ones i watch most. I posted pictures of my signals and a video showing the issues. Thank you ahead of time.

do you have other receivers/DVR's?  are they having the same issue?  it does not look like a signal issue.

Try swapping this "bad" Receiver with one of your good Receivers.  If the problem stays with the "bad" Receiver, you can be pretty sure it's defective.  If the problem stays in its room, then something is wrong with the TV in that room.  Let us know what you find.

I only have one receiver so I can't swap it out to test it.

It's virtually impossible for you to troubleshoot this yourself with just one receiver because it could be a receiver problem, dish problem, or cable/connector problem.  Without a second Receiver to swap around, it's Best to call DirecTV and request a service visit.  It's free if you have their Equipment Protection Plan, or within 90-days of installation. Otherwise ~$50.
