HD receiver not seeing all HD DVRs?

We had WHDVR set up last week (after 3 service calls and a few calls to tech support).  We have one HR24 HDDVR, one HR20 HDDVR and one H24 HD receiver.  The H24 doesn't "see" the HR24 as an option for recording.  When I want to remotely record a program, the only receiver that is displayed in the menu is the HR20.  All DVRs are set to share playlists an have the remote deletion option selected.  I cannot figure out how to record from the H24 to the HR24.  Any ideas?

Does it still see the recordings just not listed as being seen in the menu?

 

I had that issue.... my BroadBand DECA was installed in the same line as my HR24 with a splitter.  What I did was remove the splitter and my BB DECA to its own line off the SWiM splitter.

Thanks for replying, shoman94-  Yes, it picks up the lists from the DVRs.  I just can't record to the HR24.   The broadband DECA  is installed by the router, which isn't run in tandem with any receiver box.  This line was run directly from the SWM.     We don't have any other splitters in the system other than the SWM that I am aware of.  Perhaps another trip into the attic is in order to rule out extraneous supplies.  The install guys weren't really sure what they were doing.   Smile 

 

Is there anything else that would be causing the HR 24 exclusion?

There isn't a DECA installed behind the HR24 is there?  Also if not..... there isn't an ethernet cable installed to the HR24 either is there?

No DECA or ethernet cable behind the HR24.  We had that issue with the H24 at first.  Couldn't figure out why the H24 wasn't connected to the network- tech support informed us that the H24 and HR24 had built-in DECA technology, and that external boxes will cause interference.  Anyway, the only DECA box attached to a box is behind the HR20.  I appreciate the troubleshooting help- thanks.
