Boost DTV Genie 2 Signal
How can I boost the signal from my DTV Genie e to my Mini Genie 50 feet away?
Just installed a TV in the garage do family reunion guests can watch college football games. The 50ft span is too much for the Genie 2. Any ideas? I only have 2 weeks to figure it out.

You need to buy another WVB(Wireless Video Bridge) to connect by coax to the SWM splitter to get it as close as you can to it. The free air range of the WVB built into the HS17 is 80' as well as the stand alone WVB.

Is that only available through AT&T (DTV) or does Amazon carry that as well?

It is available online I think Amazon carries it, AT&T sold off 30% of DTV and no longer handles the day to day operations.

The external wireless video bridge (WVB) must be wired on the coax like a receiver/client box.
You can call DirecTV and order one to be installed which is $99. However not a guarantee they have an appointment window within the 2 weeks you mention.
