Can anyone tell me if I'm missing something that would go into the USB Slot, King Quest Satellite

Sold a King Quesr$_57 - 2019-06-29T163342.378.jpg$_57 - 2019-06-29T163353.744.jpg$_57 - 2019-06-29T163404.087.jpg

I sold this and the person returned it stating it didn't work or they couldn't get it to work properly, is it missing something that would go into that USB slot? I tried to find a photo of the insides but couldn't find anything on the web. Thank you in advanced.

Other then the fact that it is obsolete as DTV is shutting down the SD MPEG2 channels then no.

Sorry, but that dish will no longer with DirecTV since they've discontinued MPEG2/SD transmissions in many areas.  They must be using an HD-compatible dish, such as DirecTV SlimLine, or Winegard Trav'ler.

DirecTV started shutting down the MPEG-2 (SD only) feeds as of April 2019. So that receiving dish cannot be used going forward.

The only MPEG-4 receiving dish for mobile solutions would be the Winegard Trav'ler, or the s6HD for boats. Instead of the Trav'ler, people can use a regular slimline dish on a sled mount or tripod, just have to manually aim.

KVH also has HD dishes for RVs.
