You cannot simply add an individual channel, they are not al-a-carte. You must change to a package, or add on a pack of channels, that includes it.
The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Channel (565) has a few options. It is in the Movies Extra Pack (used to be call the HD Extra Pack) add-on. This covers channels 565 thru 573. The pack is $4.99 a month and may be added to any package.
As of about 3 years ago, HM&M is also in a few packages (the only one of the pack to do so, so far). It is in Select, Entertainment, Preferred Xtra (not Xtra), and Premier.
So you must change your package or add on the Movies Extra Pack to get HM&M.
