can i use a firestick in the hdmi port on my directv satellite receiver hr44-500

I have a panasonic tv TY-SP50P5-K with no ports. I'm able to get some other apps through directv like pandora but not amazon prime.

No. The HDMI port on your receiver is output only for connecting to the tv.

No. DirecTV boxes do not allow other apps. Simply they do not permit competitors on their equipment.

Streaming devices like Firestick, which are for lots of apps which many are DirecTV competitors, you connect directly to the TV. If you run out of HDMI inputs, there are HDMI switches out there you could get.

A search of that model number returns is for speakers not a TV.

You need a new TV as without HDMI inputs there are no streaming boxes that will work with it.  There maybe HDMI to Component adapters if you want to do a search.
