Can I use the Slimline 5 LNB for International Programming?
I am asking if for WorldDirect International programming, can I use the Reverse Band Slimline 5 Dish? Or can I only use the Slimline 3 Dish? I mean if I can use this LNB for International Programming now that we only need one Dish for it

You mean DIRECTV Stream, right?

First DIRECTV NOW, then AT&T TV NOW (or just AT&T TV), and now DIRECTV STREAM. This is the name of their streaming-only service that has nothing to do with DirecTV (the satellite service) other than being under the AT&T umbrella.
Even with the streaming service, channels are still packaged. This is how the networks have the industry setup to the TV providers. The alternative is some networks have launched their own proprietary streaming services (think Disney Plus) that are not through any TV provider. Either you get one access to a bundled variety or you have multiple logins to manage to pick and choose (from those networks that have it available).

@KingGamer Nick Jr. only has an Eastern-time feed while regular Nick has an East and West feed (East is 299 and West is 300 which is SD).

@detuch254, OK. I asked this because I live in the Western United States, not Eastern United States. I wish Nick Jr. also had a Western time feed like Nickelodeon. I know. Maybe if you can try to talk about it with Paramount Global (formerly ViacomCBS), they can try to make an HD Western time feed for Nick Jr. similar to Comedy Central West HD, MTV West HD, and BET West HD. If possible, Nick Jr. West HD will be channel 301-1.

@KingGamer I agree it would be nice to have a West feed for those who live on the West coast or even Central Time Zone. I wouldn't be able to talk to them since I am a customer just like you. However, you could try talking to Nickelodeon about it and they could make a feed that DIRECTV would carry on channel 301-1.

@detuch254, yeah. You know, DIRECTV should talk with Paramount Global to make Nick Jr. West HD, which will be on Channel 301-1. However, like BET West HD, Comedy Central West HD, MTV West HD, TBS West HD, and TNT West HD, Nick Jr. West HD will be HD only, and will require HD equipment and Advanced Receiver-HD. If there is no HD equipment, the channel (Nick Jr. West HD) and those aforementioned channels in this comment (BET West HD, Comedy Central West HD, MTV West HD, TBS West HD, and TNT West HD) cannot be received.

@detuch254 and @Juniper, yeah. You know, DIRECTV should talk with Paramount Global (formerly ViacomCBS) to make Nick Jr. West HD, which will be on Channel 301-1. However, like BET West HD, Comedy Central West HD, MTV West HD, TBS West HD, and TNT West HD, the HD version of Nick Jr. West will be HD only, and will require HD equipment and Advanced Receiver-HD. If there is no HD equipment, the channel (Nick Jr. West HD) and those aforementioned channels in this comment (BET West HD, Comedy Central West HD, MTV West HD, TBS West HD, and TNT West HD) cannot be received. You’re right. It would actually be nice to have a West feed for those living the the West Coast or Central time zones, because I also live in the Western United States.
There should be not only an HD version of the West feed, but also a normal SD feed of said feed which will go after the HD feed of the West (if HD equipment is used.), which will just be known as Nick Jr. West (both versions will be under the channel number 301-1, but the HD version of the West feed will be first, then the SD version of the West feed will come in like channels with HD and SD feeds). As with many SD channels, the SD version of the West feed for Nick Jr. will present shows produced in HD in a letterbox format, and the screen bug will be going in through the black bars, with shows produced in SD being fit to the SD format. The TV rating and screen bug will be in SD (same format as with shows produced in SD), regardless if the show is produced in HD or SD.
In addition, Nickelodeon/Nick at Nite West should also have an HD version at 300-1.
But now that Nick Jr. is also utilizing the Secondary Audio Program option, they might need to update it so it can finally be used.
Customers who have packages CHOICE, XTRA, ULTIMATE, PREMIER, and LO MÁXIMO won’t need to do anything else to get both versions of Nick Jr. West (HD and SD), as they will already be put into the package. But for the Eastern feed of Nick Jr., it will be changed to Nick Jr. East to avoid confusion on both the Eastern and Western feeds.
I am basing the West Nick Jr. feed (HD and SD) off of U-verse TV.

Pokemon_Boi... your "suggestions" will only lead to confusion from people who think that DIRECTV, or their providers, might actually have plans to do anything you mentioned.

Certainly no reason to keep posting the same "suggestion" over and over and over.

@JefferMC, but how can they try to do it without confusion. I am now in a pickle.

1) Please only post a given "suggestion" once. As you might know, accounts get banned for repetitious posting.
2) Always use wording that clearly indicates this is hypothetical. Instead of saying:
you could have said:
as it makes it harder to take a paragraph out of context.
3) Many of your suggestions have provisions would need to be negotiated into carriage agreements. DIRECTV cannot implement them by fiat.
4) The decision makers will not see these suggestions. They do not read these forums themselves. The DIRECTVhelp staff is looking for customer issues. There are managers who look for trends in posting to feed up the chain, but this isn't going to make it through the summarization process. If you really want to contribute to DIRECTVs channel makeup process, get the relevant education and resume and get hired by them.
5) Finally, I hate to break it to you, I've seen nothing novel in your suggestions that makes me think "wow, if the decision makers could just see this idea..." Instead, most of them make me think "yeah, that's probably been thought of, but has been discarded because ____," or, nearly as often "what? That just doesn't make any sense."
It's your time, and keep posting if you want (subject to the community guidelines), but please remember your fellow forum participants who will read your posts and may not understand that they are not your desired audience.

Yes, you seem to think that your "ideas" if posted here will somehow make their way into Directv's thinking. They won't. None of them are new. All they are doing is cluttering up a forum which is designed to help people sort out problems they are having. It's NOT a chat room. You are just extremely annoying.

@JefferMC and @TexasBrit, I just wanted to see what they would think about my comments. But if you think I am annoying and don’t want me in the Forums anymore, fine. I see how it is. I might as well leave. Hopefully you all are happy once I am not annoying you anymore after I leave the DIRECTV forums forever. Goodbye. Maybe I shouldn’t even be in the Forums at all.
