Does AT&T remove the satellite dish when services are cancelled?
Techs do not uninstall anything when you cancel.
All you must do is return the receiver/client boxes. They have a free return program by taking to a FedEx or UPS Store that participates in the free return program. But only if returnable of course. What are the models of each of your boxes?

No, you own it to do what you want with it, but if it is mounted on the roof leave the mounting plate to prevent leaks.
