Can't Change the Channel on One TV

Does anyone know how to troubleshoot when direct tv remains on just one channel. Volume up/down works, channel up/down and selecting a specific channel does not work. Stays on just one channel. Hit reset button a few times, box resets and it still remains on the one channel. Have been on hold for a long time and still waiting.

Exact same thing for me ! I have been doing everything it says to do, unplugging, making sure everything is all connected. I stayed on hold this morning for over 30 minutes and it just hung up. I had to leave and have been trying to call again for the last 45 minutes! so frustrating! I don't know why this Corona virus is making them so busy!

@sherrylsmith_64, are you serious? You don't know why the virus is making them so busy?
It's called being short staffed due to the restrictions.

I do not expect to be charged for this Bull crap! when I read all the issues sounds like everyone is having pretty much the same issue. WHY is this not fixed yet? It has been 2 days, No one answers the phone or on here! I sent the model number yesterday and still nothing! EP544R3-16

This isn't customer service and that's not a model #. If you have a genie remote press and hold mute and enter (under the number 9) until you see a message that your remote is now set up for RF.
