Channel changes by itself

The channel continues to change to "Animal Planet" by itself. This has continued for two days.

No need to follow this thread. I cancelled AT&T TV. Had it for 48 hours and the value proposition just was not worth the money. Thanks.

you were in the wrong forum anyway. This forum is for the DirecTV satellite service not ATT TV.
