Code 775

We have suddenly gotten a code 775 and are unable to get the tv to work at all. We have reset it and nothing. Unable to reach tech support in either email or chat function even. Any suggestions?

Did you check the power inserter? It should have a green light on, check the power cord to make sure it's not loose or unplugged.

Hi- yes I sure did. It has a green light on. I checked all cords to see if anything was loose and didn’t find anything.

I can’t find any type of email or anything to send in a tech request. I was thinking maybe some type of signal had to be reset like they do on internet ...maybe?

Your in the same boat like all of us here on this forum :( Can't believe this multi billion dollar company just abandoned us all like this. I've had no tv reception since 3/21. Been on hold for HOURS hoping someone would answer but I've come to realize we're on our own for now. Thank god for Red Box :)
