I have this on my tv, I rebooted and still has it, can not get a hold of a tech on phone

This is a hard drive error and the DVR will need to be replaced.

Your DVR died. Call DirecTV to request a replacement .... 1 800 531 5000. It's free if you have their Equipment Protection Plan, otherwise $20 for shipping.
