Direct TV equipment return

We received a nasty gram requesting return of Direct TV equipment. The letter said an "equipment return kit will arrive within 4-7 Days." The letter was dated December 2, 2019. We have not received a return Kit as of the 30th. We moved with the equipment an would like to return it. We have no need for it. Please sent the kit to:

Returnable receivers are taken to a UPS/FedEx store with your account info unless you are more then 10 mile from one in that case you need to call/chat and tell them that to get a box and return label.

If returnable, just take to a FedEx or UPS Store that participates in the free return program. A return kit should only be sent if you are over 10 miles away from a participating shipper.
Though you cannot requet a return kit here (this is a public forum of other customers, not customer support), perhaps we can confirm if returnable or not. What are the models of each box?
