Direct Tv website "IS FREAKIN TERRIBLE!!!!!!"

Have been a member since 1994 and the Direct tv website has gotten HORRIBLE!!!!. Very, very, very slow, navigation is terrible, ordering anything is a pain in the butt! It used to be so simple and fast and now they have done nothing but screw it up and make it worse. Get rid of all the advertising. Separate the ads from the account maintenance and ordering pages. What junk! How many times do you need to see a movie ad to determine if you wish to view it? Sheesh./.....

Anyway ,bottom line,

WEBSITE "IS FREAKIN TERRIBLE!!!!!!"BAD!!!!!!!!

You would think for the money, the site would be A+ and fast. Hell, only site I know of slower than AOL!!!!!

If I were Direct Tv I would be very embarrassed!

I agree with the "horrible website" evaluation.  Before Nebraska switched to the Big 10, if we wanted to see the Huskers play, we had to buy the game from Directv.  The price was around $30 if you could buy it online.  However, if you had to use the Directv operator it cost $5 more.  We would search and search the website to try to find a way to purchase it online, but would always have to call and pay that extra $5 which isn't much unless you multiply it by all the other subscribers who had to do the same thing.  The Big 10 has saved us from all that.

That was close to 18 months ago as I recall.  Haven't you got anything current to complain about?  You need to learn to let these things go.  You can't harbor all of those ill feelings or they will overwhelm you.  How do you feel about your childhood?

Actually it's more like furnishing a soft shoulder to cry on.  We also moonlight at giving technical advice, on occasion.
