Direct TV

Curious why the installer for Direct TV reported there was no location for a dish on my property thereby eliminating my ability to have service. No trees directly over my house, clear lawn, neighbors have Direct TV.  I signed up for the bundle with AT&T, but only have internet access.

You can also try dishpointer.com to see if there is a spot.

There doesn't have to be something directly over the house itself, just in the way of where the dish points. It is possible that neighbors have a clear line of sight but for some reason you don't. Though it would have been nice if the tech could have clarified what may have been obstructing the signal.

You can call DirecTV to see about having someone come out for a 2nd opinion.
