Directv, genie and tv issues.

I’m pretty sure it’s been mentioned on here. Here we go!  I have 3 CW 41-500 minis.I have a genie 2 and 3 mini receivers in my apartment   Two work fine but my third one in my living room gives me no picture. I thought ok it’s a hardware issue so I called to have it replaced, I put in the new one and set everything up and it’s still happening. I switched out a mini from my bedroom into the living room and it’s still happening. The one from the living room that I put in my room is fine. I don’t know what to do any more. Has anyone had this problem?

Please check exact model numbers. By "CW  41-500" I believe you mean a C41W-500 which is the 1st wireless Mini Genie. Also Mini Genies are Clients, not receivers, since they have no capability of their own but extensions (clients) of the main Genie.

Your "genie 2" is that the Genie-2 (HS17) or the 2nd generation Genie (HR44)?

Are you saying the issue follows the one Client, even the replacement one? I would go into the main Genie's settings and remove then add the Client back so that it refreshes the pairing (would have needed to do that when you got the replacement as still paired with the old one). If that doesn't work then red button reset the main Genie, or even pull power from it for a minute and try again. Unlike the red button, the full power cycle dumps residual memory (in case any bad data was the issue) but will need to download the guide again from the satellites.

Try a different HDMI port on the TV if there more.  Sounds more like a TV problem since the mini works on another TV.

That leaves the HDMI cable.
