DirecTV Screen Saver Not Displaying Correctly

When I pause DirecTV and the screen saver tries to come on, I get a jumpy static type image until I press play again. The screen saver will not display correctly.

The C61K is remotely connected to the main Genie DVR, so be sure to reset that also.

DVR/Receiver model number?

How is the DVR/Receiver connected to your TV?

Have you tried resetting the DVR/Receiver?

When did the problem start?

C61k connected to a Denon AVR-S960H. All Hdmi 2.1 cables.

The problem just started a couple nights ago. I did reset the C61k, but not the Genie itself.
