The HR54 is a satellite box. I'll move this post to the Satellite Forum.
But, no, nothing to worry about. If your HR54 is connected to your home network for internet access, then what you're seeing is perfectly normal.

DirecTV to PC mediashare is a discontinued option that didn't move past beta. However, a lot of the old software was just left. This results in what you are seeing being just normal. The new software launched (for HR44 and up) hasn't completely cleaned out legacy software.
