Equipment return wrong

I returned 4 boxes with cords and remotes. Your email to me stated I only turned in 2. How do I get this resolved? I have trouble understanding the customer service representatives because no one speaks English well enough to understand my problem. I’m tired of speaking to out of the country personnel who have given me wrong information. How do I get this resolved?  DIRECTV was so easy to do business, now at&t has taken over and I’ve found it to be a nightmare to do business with. I did not cancel my service, just decided not to provide TV service in our guest rooms. Please help me get this straightened out because I really do not want to be charged for something AT&T got wrong; and, yes I have my receipt from the UPS store for proof of what I returned.

Does the receipt from UPS/FedEx show all 4?

Device 2: D32HG2JV410813 H25-500
Device 3: D10GB9FB511370 D12-500
Device 4: NOT VALIDATED SET-TOP BOX - this box was never used

Return was made to the UPS Store #2908, Peachtree City, GA 30269
Date of return: 5/28/2019

This is a customer to customer forum so the receipt means nothing to us.  According to my calculator 21 days from 5/28 is 6/18 so if they haven't charged you then don't worry about it,

Thank you for your help;however, you did not answer my question. How can I be sure they will not charge me for the units they are not recognizing?

This is still a customer to customer forum with no access to any accounts, so don't know but do know that they will bill you the NRF after 21 day after your billing cycle ends.

Device 1: D32HG2JV510794 H25-500
Device 2: D32HG2JV410813 H25-500
Device 3: D10GB9FB511370 D12-500
Device 4: NOT VALIDATED SET-TOP BOX - this box was never used

Device 3 is a D12 which is a MPEG-2 (SD only) box that hasn't been returnable since sometime last year at the latest as DirecTV is currently (started April 2019) shutting down the old MPEG-2 feeds.

Device 4 shows the box was not validated and never used. Either you somehow got a box that you never activated, or it was very much older than the D12 being a manufacture specific box (before all were required to make to one DirecTV standard) and UPS had no way to input the details into their system.

So it appears that would be why only 2 boxes show returned as they were the only ones needed. Keep that receipt for reference, but as long as you don't get a non-return fee (NRF) on the next bill then you are fine.

I would like to say thank you. Was this answer from the forum post I made? I’ve contacted so many, I’m a bit confused.
