Equipment return

We shipped our receiver back seven or eight days ago.  Why is Directtv, telling us they DO NOT have it back yet?

How did you ship it back? Did you get a tracking number? The typical process is to take the equipment to a UPS or FedEx Shipping Center.

If you used a UPS/FedEx store then the receipt they gave you is the proof you returned them and they bulk ship them back to DTV.  If you where sent a return kit to take to the post office then it maybe still in transit or DTV hasn't scanned it in.

As long as you used the correct method, I would expect that means you shipped it back near the end of the return time frame. So they give notices until they have it back in their possession.

What return process did you use?
