Equipment serial numbers on my letter do not match with equipment I'm returning

DO you mean  Receiver Model #'s? or TYPE? 

Letter only states a Model HR54-700  and a Model CW41W-100. - no descriptive name

No - my account number is clearly stated at the top of the letter. The model numbers are for equipment return request items and are for two receivers - a large one and a smaller one.

HR54 is the 3rd generation Genie so is definitely returnable. C41W is the 1st wireless Mini Genie Client which might not be returnable, but I would take it with the other one to be sure. To make sure there is no confusion, those are the model numbers, not the serial number (or access card number in the HR54).

Go to a FedEx or UPS location with your account #. No need to bring a box or label, the equipment will be boxed it up & shipped out at no charge. The process takes less than 5 minutes.

This exact thing is happening to me right now.  I have returned all the equipment in my possession and am now in receipt of a letter asking for two more pieces of equipment !  I don’t have anything that has these serial numbers
