Equipment upgrades - DTV legacy employee

Hello

I am a legacy DTV employee with really old equipment; we bought new HD tv's and the sound cuts out intermittingly. The repairman says it is the old DTV receivers that are the issue.  How can I get my receivers updated and replaced?

Whether employee or not, you call customer support for warranty replacement. However, what are the models of each box you have and which ones have the problem?
