Gemimi and Am21 off air adapter
I currently have a HR 44 and a AM21 off air adapter. If I request a Gemimi can I still use the AM21 for off air receptions.

If you're adding the Gemini to another TV, or replacing an existing Client, you are fine.
However if you mean to replace the HR44 with the Gemini, that you cannot do as the Gemini like Mini Genies cannot be used standalone as it is a Client on the satellite service.

Yes, the HR44+AM21 will be able to provide the off-air channels to Genie Clients, like the Gemini.

Guess I didn't quite paint the correct picture. I was wondering if I got the gemimi, Can I connect it to my HR44. Currently I have the AM21adapter connected and a video bridge that is supporting three moreTVs. Not sure how I would connect everything. I also have a apple tv so not sure if the strings attached to the new Gemimi would be worth it.

The Gemini is a Client similar to your Mini Genies, but can be installed wired or wireless. It has the added benefit of support streaming apps (similar to Roku, Firestick, etc.).
However, you say you are already supporting 3 more TVs by your WVB. The Genie (HR44) only supports up to 3 Clients in use at the same time. So if you are adding a TV, you would be above that cap and could not use all TVs at the same time. But if you are replacing a Mini Genie with the Gemini, then that TV would get the added capability.
Though the Gemini is 4K capable, the 2nd generation Genie you have doesn't support tuning into those 4K channels as needs the 3rd generation (HR54) instead.
