Genie hr54-200 internet speed test

I have a genie hr54-200 with 2 genie mini clients which works well together but my issue is the main genie hr54 says internet setup successful but when i go to run a speed test it shows no speed and wants optimize my viewing. The genie was replaced due to the issue and when the tech replaced the unit the speed test worked the first time and has not worked since. I have tried hooking it up hardwired to my router (netgear n750 dual band) as well as wireless and still same issue of showing connected but no speed during test. I am unable to stream any shows from the library or  on demand. I previously had the same router connected to century link and the speed test worked fine and recently switched to service electric for a higher speed of 60gbps in hopes to watch 4k movies but the unit wont stream due to issue. anybody ever had this problem and if so is there a fix for it?

The Software meter is a "KNOWN" software problem as has not shown as working for some time--However Your internet is Connected -- once you reset your receiver or change your NETWORK connection --It can take as long as 24 to 48 Hours for the VOD channels to rebuild.

DO this using your remote  --Menu --Search--(TYPE) CLEARMYBOX  --then do a search all --Your receiver will reboot and rebuild any software tables that may be corrupt -allowing for the VOD to rebuild --again that may take 24 hrs after that to rebuild.

The Menu Software meter is will be restored at some point --but it does not mean anything --as it is working

I will give that a try but my other problem is when the speed test doesnt work it goes and optimizes my signal plus i can not stream anything without it buffering or stopping due to the issue. I run a speed test on other devices and download shows around 45mbps with upload of 28mbps which is plenty of speed to watch even 4k movies. i use nextflix on my LG and streaming is fine. att service tells me its a internet issue

The Receiver ports only do 15mbps --DirectTV does Not Control the VOD Channel Servers and they are Located all over America at the Channels server locations--Meaning --Depending on the Network Route of the Channels location it can take many Network hops to get to you Slowing it down along the way.

Some will down load faster than others --making it a Network internet issue.

I suggest --Recording the VOD ---as the Buffering only occurs if you try to WATCH while Viewing. That may help with some of your frustration.

I forgot to add that when switching channels i get a white screen then it goes to the new channel about 3 seconds later. i didnt have the issue at my previous location using century link which was alot slower internet connection. These issues started once i switched to service electric cable co for internet. I also noticied there is a splitter to service the genie and genie mini satelite connection not the internet and was wondering if thats a issue?

Changing channels is done on the satellite signal no internet is involved and 4K comes from the satellites also.
