Genie Mini Accidentally Taken

We had some people staying with us temporarily and I think they may have unintentionally taken one of the two Genie Minis we had. I’ve been trying to reach them but have had no luck. We would have returned it anyway since there’s no tv anymore in the area where the Mini was. I’d like to avoid any charges that may come up. I’m on a fixed income and can’t afford any really high fees. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hopefully you get a hold of them to return the Client. Otherwise if you deactivate it and DirecTV doesn't get it back within 21 days, then there is a $45 Non-return fee. Unless it is the 1st generation Client (C31) that is no longer returnable.

It’s not. It’s a C51 model.
