Genie recorder

I had direct tv installed today. When i ordered direct i told them i wanted the genie recorder. After the installation the tech told me he had me down for the genie lite. Thats not what i ordered. I want the genie recorder or you can come pick up your equiptment and i will call dish network

I don't think DTV is installing the H44 anymore and if indeed it was installed you can get the hard drive kit to make it an HR44

If the install was not what you wanted why did you sign off on the work order?

@shannon2, I was thinking that too but I think it's the dvr kit that's no longer being offered.

No the tech had it hooked up. Went to his van and came back said i didnt order recorder which i did on 1st call to direct tv

Again, what is in the sales order confirmation? What is the módel number?
