Got Billed for old equipment I sent in 7 years ago
I got billed $135.00 for old equipment I set back through UPS 7 years ago. I went to UPS and they have no data from that far back. What am I going to do I can't afford this. I have been a customer for 10 years.

@janichol1 clearly has an ax to grind and doesn't really want any help. Will likely be banned.

@whitfieldjohn
I am sorry that your thread got derailed by someone who could not hold a mature adult conversation.
Though the situation you brought to the forum seems to have the details against you, I wish you luck in getting some sort of resolution that leans more in your favor.

OK, I talked to Karen from Direct TV on Twitter and she helped me. She said they Validated everything I told them. I was wrong about how long ago I sent the equipment in. Instead of 7 years it was 4 years. but they gave me a credit for $135.00 dollars. Thank you, everyone. But thank Karen from Direct TV Twitter. But if anyone sends back equipment. Get the Tracking number or a receipt. Thanks, everyone!!! God Bless!

Ahh 4 years, that makes a big difference. That means you used the new process of just taking the box and account number to UPS. Very glad you got the NRF credited (though verify on the following bill to be sure).
Excellent advice. Keep the receipt. Especially since there is no tracking number as the new process is a bulk return, not individual ones each with their own tracking number (unless the old process is used where they send you a prepaid return kit).
