H24-100 Receiver
Is DirecTv supporting the H24-100 receiver? I have one of these in my motorhome and not getting a signal or error codes

If it is an SD only Winegard dish then you maybe in an area where the SD channels have been turned off.

The H24 is still valid as is an HD receiver. As long as you have H or HR models you are fine. (R22 also counts if you have at least one H or HR model). It may not be the latest model, but that doesn't mean it will not work.
As your motorhome is from 2017, likely the issue is the receiving dish setup is out of date. DirecTV has been shutting down their MPEG-2/SD-only feeds. Going forward you must have MPEG-4 equipment. This means the dish needs to be either a slimline SWM dish that you place on a tripod/sled mount or the Winegard Trav'ler.

They are no longer making or installing them or taking them back but that has nothing to do with no signal.

H24 works fine. Are you getting zero signal strength readings on all the satellites? What dish do you have? How are you aligning the dish to get the satellite signals?

I think it a a Windguard it came with the coach when I bought in 2017. I have also been having issues with the HDMI splitter.

Thanks for the response. Currently my coach is in storage about ten miles from my home. I will contact you when I go back to the storage in a few days. Thanks so much for your response.

Problem fixed! Turns out it wasn't the H24-100 receiver it was that the hdmi splitters had gone bad. I replaced the Triplevision splitter with 2 Monoprice 1x4 hdmi amplifier splitters over cat6. In doing so when replacing the hdmi extender receivers ( 2 per tv) I found them to be extremely hot to the point I couldn't hold them. The replacement receivers don't have power supplies they use power through the cat6 cables. I would recommend if you have these r
receivers with power supplies you check them. I am thankful they didn't start a fire! Thanks to all for the replies, they helped. Carl
