HOA dish relocation
What problems will occur when moving a dish 100 feet . Will the signal be degraded

No,unless you have signal blockage due to trees. But why are you moving it? If the dish is on your property or on property controlled by you, in general the HOA can't make you move it. FCC regulations.

An HOA can't have things in the covenants that are against federal law. Many of them do but they are invalid. Often a strong letter to the HOA will stop them trying to enforce these illegal covenants,

The only problem with moving the DISH are as follows
1. You must have a clear line of Sight to the southern SKY
2. The RG-6 will need to be put under the sod --That can be done for a COST or the installer will leave it on top and you can do it yourself--
