How can I report HSP Fraud to Directv/AT&T?

Currently have worked for an HSP for just about 18 years....This last year a lot of fraudulent activity has been going on.

We were informed in the last couple of months that our contract HSP for Directv may not renew and is set to expire.

My company's new policy is to close jobs out that weren't actually completed. One such example is a job for a directv mover that had canceled his job 3 days prior to his mover work order date and mailed his equipment back, and our company closed the job out as if he was installed at his new home.

Does anyone know how to report this practice to Directv/AT&T?

If this is beyond taking it to a higher level in your HSP, then I would suggest a FCC or BBB complaint. That would reach DirecTV corporate.

Thanks for the reply....I was actually trying to have someone from inside AT&T reach out as I have work order numbers and screen shots of cancellations of jobs and then screen shots of those same jobs being closed later in the day .... I don't want to be caught up in anything illegal the company may be doing to defraud AT&T as the jobs are attached to my AT&T HSP ID....

So I am trying to find out who to contact in AT&T so that this may be reported

Thanks again

Frank
