How do I get a local direct tv installation supervisor
I have a friend who was transferring her DIRECTV service from her rental home to her newly purchased home. A disabled veteran who worked hard all her life to purchase this home. The installer caused so much damage to her home it is unbelievable. I need the phone number of a DIRECTV supervisor in this area to access the damage. Tried that numerous times. After 4 1/2 hours on the phone this morning and being transferred at least a dozen times to supervisors, I gave up. Ready to turn in my system.

DirecTV really doesn't handle that directly, you have to have a damage claim filed via DirecTV which should have been done when talking to them.

AFAIK the account holder has to file the claim to DTVs insurance company via DTV CSR you can't.

The DirecTV account owner must file a damage claim. Also do not post personal info (such as you full address) as this is a public forum.
