Sorry, you cannot. There is no undelete feature on DirecTV DVRs.

Perhaps you can record them again. Or find them OnDemand.

So what's stopping you?

Seriously, if you think a different provider is better, why put up with the frustration?

Start your own thread and perhaps other users could help with your issues. Certainly more productive then telling someone else to leave a company because you have a problem.

"I" don't have a problem.
Directv's DVR software has a problem... actually, many problems.

That's a good question. It's always time-consuming to change providers, but it certainly can be (and has been) done.

If you post back with more details about your equipment model number(s) and the exact problems you're having, then maybe we can help. Otherwise, feel free to complain or switch providers.

Well if it weren't your problem then you wouldn't be posting. Whatever issue DirecTV is having (service wide or just your individual equipment), affects you, so is a problem for you.

It is just that jumping into other threads to complain, with no details on what you are experiencing, is not productive. Without knowing more we couldn't say if it is a known issue with the software that must be fixed with an update by DirecTV, if it is the box itself needing some maintenance or replacement, or if a service call is needed if the problem is occurring while the info is coming in to the box.

Now if you have already been through all the troubleshooting and confirmed it is a software issue itself then the choices are be patient for a following update to correct the issue, or cancel service and go elsewhere. But just because you are upset with your service doesn't mean we are going to cancel ours. So your comment "better yet, how about saying goodbye to Directv" should be applied to yourself if you truly feel that way.
