Not sure where you would call within AT&T.

The group to call within ATT is called asset protection.

If you're absolutely sure a crime is being committed, you could call the police.

Not sure where you would call within AT&T.

Disgruntled ex? Why else would you even care?

@Constructive

Someone is trying to do the right thing instead of looking the other way. With so many selfish and absurd posts that have occurred on the forum (especially in the last year), I find what appears to be honesty and integrity rather refreshing.

A situation directly and personally affecting someone shouldn't be a prerequisite to caring.

@Juniper as a former construction manager and having an ex call me and asset protection over a breakup and turning in one of my techs over a box of rubber gloves and a bucket of wipe all’s in order to attempt to get them fired because their relationship failed makes me question someone posting a post like this   Yes if it was cell phones or chainsaws etc ok but the op needs to post more info or not post in a customer based forum. I literally had to show up at his house with asset protection and she handed us a half empty box of gloves and wipe all’s which both could have been purchased at the local auto parts store.

@Constructive

That is a bad experience you've had. I have not had that kind of relationship issue, and saw nothing in the post that indicated something similar to what you describe, so I went by only what was posted.

Sure we don't have the whole story and perhaps they are mistaken on exactly what is going on, but I like to go from a helpful perspective and not jump to distrusting it right off the bat. Be cautious on it of course, but I don't go straight to judging without reason.

They posted in a community forum assumedly for guidance. Perhaps they were looking to have this handled at the lowest appropriate level by reporting it to the company, but they didn't know a specific contact option for it. From my own perspective report to the company and they can handle it internally or involve law enforcement as appropriate seems like the right place to start.
