Information doesn't work all the time on all my recievers

I have had trouble since middle of last year (2020) and i've had multiple repair people out, I had new dvrs installed wireless, still have the same problem, I don't know why you all cant fix this problem, I have been a customer for many years and pay a lot monthly and I dont think you appreciate it. FIX MY PROBLEM DIRECTV!!!!

What "information" doesn't work?

There are no wireless DVRs, so I suspect you mean Mini Genie Clients (C41W or C61W) which are Clients, not DVRs or even a receiver.

So what are the models of each box you have, which ones have the problems, and what exactly is the issue?
