Install a second cable box
When I signed up with AT&T, I received two cable boxes for TV. One was installed in the living room OK but the other one for the basement had a problem routing an ethernet cable through the suspended ceiling from the service connect point over to the spot where the TV was set-up. I worked out a path for the cable and I need a tech to make a service call to install a new ethernet cable and set-up the cable box to the TV.

they dont fish walls anymore, you need to run the cable or hire someone to run it

DTV doesn't need Ethernet cables, internet is supplied by the coax.

Most likely it’s Ethernet fit pay per view and on demand if wireless signal isn’t strong enough

@DarrelRing
Those are satellite boxes as DirecTV is service by satellite, not cable.
You don't run Ethernet to each box. Only the main box (Genie in most setups) connects to internet by Ethernet, WiFi, or deca (coax to Ethernet port on router). It then serves that connection to all your DirecTV boxes through the coax.
The 2nd box should have been set to the TV by the tech. If not, then you shouldn't have signed off on the order. You can try calling DirecTV to get a tech back out for an incomplete order if it hasn't been too long. But they will not run Ethernet through your walls to each TV as that is not a DirecTV setup.
