Call DirecTV to find out. Normally you could also log into your account online, but with moving everything from DirecTV's website to AT&T's not all features are usable just yet.
For reference DirecTV has 2 time slots which are 8am to noon and noon to 4pm. Remember this is the window in which the tech will arrive, not a guarantee on by what time the install will be completed by.
