Installer Did Not Complete the Job

Since Tuesday September 8th I’ve been trying to get DirectTV to understand the installer did not complete the job left and never came back. I have wires hanging off my house and he damaged my window.   Customer service is below standard as they don’t understand and tell me they can’t help.  I need senior mgmt to contact me.  N

This is a customer to customer forum with no access to DTV, you have to call DTV they will not call you,

so who signed stating the job was done and accepted?

If the job is incomplete, you call DirecTV and submit a Field Service Request (FSR) on the appointment regarding work not done. For the window you need to file a damage claim. Here is their reference page on how to start the claim process.
