Installer drilled a hole through my tiled shower wall!

Installer came to my house to install DirectTV and while drilling holes in my floor to fish cable from my basement, he apparently got turned around and drilled the wrong way right into my tiles master shower wall! Installer left without saying a word and I found it about 30mins later when I went to take a shower. I’m sick over the entire thing and called to file a report with customer service where I could hardly understand the customer service worker who clearly wasn’t in America. Was told it would take 72 hours to hear back from them...NOT a happy customer AT ALL!

You need to file a damage claim with the claims center, not regular customer support.
