Keep A/V OUT alive

Is there a way to keep "A/V OUT" on HR54-700 receiver working when TV connected to HDMI output is powered down?

Worked fine with old TV.

You need to switch the resolution to 480i in order to keep it alive with HDMI.

When the TV is powered off the HDMI handshake is broken so the HR54 has to turn off the outputs per the HDCP rules.  You can try tricking it with a powered HDCP complaint HDMI splitter.
