Menu/List/Guide buttons not working on Remote
Remote works for everything else, but the Menu/List/Guide buttons do nothing -

Have you tried resetting the DVR/Receiver?
What remote control model number?
What DVR/Receiver model number?

As @litzdog911 mentioned, let us know the model of your receiver and remote control. Also try resetting your DVR and let us know if it helps.

Hi I am experiencing the same issue, I’ve already tried resetting the receiver. This is happening with my two new genie remotes (brand new, just received today).

I called last night and they had me press the reset button on the tower for 15 seconds then unplug the tower for 30 seconds. When everything came back up, it reverted to the old menu format.

I called tech-support and they had me hold the reset button on the tower for 15 seconds then unplug the tower for 30 seconds. When everything came back up, it had reverted to the previous menu format.
