Messed up picture on all three TVs

We had a service man come to check our problem and he said he couldn’t fix it, the problem is our equipment is old and out dated!!!

Equipment might be old, but not necessarily outdated (otherwise a service call for repair should have been an equipment swap instead).

 

What are the models of each box you have?

 

In case the equipment is not outdated, describe the issue (symptoms, error message, etc.).
