I canceled bedroom  directv but apparently it was main receiver. I then installed that  main receiver to my living room.  I now have nothing and they want 49.99 to install moved receiver

They accidentally deactivated your Genie? That’s not possible without cancelling the entire account. What receiver model was cancelled? What other receivers models do you have and where are they located within the house?

That is the normal charge to move a receiver, but it appears you may have disconnected the power to the SWM LNB so you need to connect the coax connected to that receiver to the red power pass through port on the SWM splitter.

@Jangler2004

What models are each of your boxes? Which one was "canceled"? And what happens when you try to use the remaining box?

@detuch254

They didn't mention "Genie". It is possible that the box deactivated was the "Primary" (or main) on the account which is what all the system line items are on. Sometimes when the Primary/Main is deactivated, those line items do not automatically provision to the remaining box and have to be enabled manually by the agent.
