my on demand is not available and my box says 3 hrs.
I cannot download anything and my box says it will take up to 3 hrs. I am not a new customer and this just started. My box downstairs works fine. Pressed the red button to reboot. It is connected to the internet.

What model box?
How is it connected to your router?
Are all TVs having this problem?
Did anything happen before the issue started?
Is there an error code?
Did you just do a single red button reset?
Other issues?

Also have you verified your internet is working to begin with or even restarted the router in case it is just a communication problem between it and DirecTV?

NOTE: if you rebooted the receiver, it will take 24 to 48 hours for the complete 24- for 14 day guide to download and Populate VOD
That why you have no VOD on that receiver. and if you try to look at the guide in the future it will only say up coming

If just a red button reset, On Demand should still be available.
But if unplugged from power for a minute or two, or doing a 2nd red button reset within a short time, then guide data and On Demand must reload.
