If you are referring to the TV itself saying "No Signal," I would recommend checking to be sure that the HDMI is tight and that your TV is on the right input. For example, if the HDMI is currently plugged into HDMI2, you would go into the TV input list by calling "input" on your DTV remote or REAL TV remote and changing the input. If you are unable to resolve the issue using this, a new replacement HDMI cable may be necessary.
If you are referring to the fact that your Genie Mini isn't getting a signal from the Main Genie box, unplug the Main Genie, wait 15 seconds, and plug it back in. Do the same with the bedroom TV mini. This shouldn't be a huge network issue because you stated earlier that the living room TV worked.
Finally, if you are referring to the fact that your receiver was deactivated or needs new authorizations, simply go to directv.com/resend. Select the receiver that is having issues and click "Refresh receiver." If the bedroom TV was somehow deactivated, I would recommend calling or chatting with DTV as this is a customer forum with no access to accounts
No signal for Internet would be a message from the TV set itself. So that says you need to change your TV's INPUT/SOURCE back to the one DirecTV is connected to (HDMI-1, HDMI-2, etc.).
If that doesn't work, please provide more info (exact error message, model of DirecTV box, etc.).
