Need a DSWM30 kit
According to the instruction manual our King Antenna requires a DSWM 30 kit to use with our receiver in order to work. How do we go about getting this part? When I search on the Directv website it does not come up with a match to that part number. Can you help?

You'll have to order from a dealer like Solid Signal.

Also, DirecTV is in the process of shutting down the MPEG-2/SD-only feeds. Going forward you must have a SWM slimline dish that you put on a tripod/sled mount or the Winegard Trav'ler.
A lot of those Kings will show SD/HD for other satellite providers, but SD-only for DirecTV. Change in an era.
What are the models of each box you have? Just to be sure you don't have any surprises further down the road.

@RVChrisH, we understand this is important for you and we want to help you with this.
In this case, since the King Antenna is the one that requires a specialized equipment to connect it with the receiver and make it work, is necessary to contact KING directly to get further information about the kit you're referring to, since DIRECTV doesn't handle this type of equipment.
If further assistance is needed, please let us know. We're here to help.

If you have a Genie it will not work and you get them from the dish maker.
