Need a return shipping label for the bad receiver I'm returning.

I received a new receiver to replace one that wasn't working.  The new one was supposed to have a return label with the box but it did not.  How do I get one or where do I take the receiver to get it sent back.

What's the model number of the faulty receiver? It might not need returned  that's usually why a return label isn't included.

If it is a returnable device they don’t send labels unless your 10 miles from fedex or ups  you need to return it to a participant ups or fedex. They will box and ship at no charge Keep the receipt

What model is the box? Might not be returnable.

Sometimes a warranty replacement has a return label under the initial shipping one. If not, here is their new process:

How To Return The Equipment

Go to a FedEx or UPS location with your account #. No need to bring a box or label, the equipment will be boxed it up & shipped out at no charge. The process takes less than 5 minutes.
