Network adapter for HR 22-10

Greetings!  I have a Directv HR 22-10 HD receiver.  I want to download the DIRECTV NOMAD iPhone app, but I need to connect my receiver to my home network.  Can anyone suggest a network adapter to use?

Thanks,

Chris

The very best and cheapest connection is a Ethernet cable between the HR22 and your router if you have a way to snake it. If not, Directv sells a nifty wireless adapter. Sign in to your account online and look under the my equipment tab at Cinema Connection Kits. You want the one that's marked for self installation.  This adapter requires that you have a wireless router connected to the Internet which I assume you have your Nomad connected to.

With the HR22 connected to the Internet you'll be able to download Cinemaplus on demand programming and enjoy some other free features that come with networking the HD DVR.

not sure if you are aware, but i'll throw it out here.  You need the Nomad device available by calling DirecTV or ordering from your DirecTV.com account for a one time fee of $150.00 in order to use the Nomad app.  plus you need, as you are aware, to get your receiver connected to the internet.
