New Genie will not link up with tower

I received a new mini hooked it up and it tells me it can’t re- pair to the video bridge. Any help!

What are the models of the Genie and your new Mini Genie Client?

What is the exact error message received?

Have you verified coax is finger tight to Genie and WVB?

Is this a replacement Mini Genie or were you adding one?

If replacement are you choosing the swap option and not add in the menu?

If additional, has DirecTV been contacted to activate the new box received?

How many total Clients (Mini Genie and RVU) do you have?

If you need to red button reset or power cycle (unplug power for a minute), do so in a specific order. Genie > WVB > Client > HDDVR > HD non-DVR.
