No box sent to return equipment

I was told last month by the Chicago office that would be receiving a box in the mail to return the Directv equipment. Still no box. I was also instructed to take the AT&T Uverse modem and router to a FedEx location. With that process done, I am still waiting for the box. So now what?

What models are your DirecTV boxes? They might not be returnable.

How To Return The Equipment

Go to a FedEx or UPS location with your account #. No need to bring a box or label, the equipment will be boxed it up & shipped out at no charge. The process takes less than 5 minutes.
